Responsibilities





Test Engineer


Lead a team and be responsible for all test-related activities of server and rack products. Implement and maintain PXE server configurations, run-in, burn-in, and power test processes. Liaise with customers and HQ/factory on test program implementation and product improvements. Provide training to production teams. Participating in Kaizen and ISO activities.
Process Engineer


Lead a team to ensure efficient production operations. Develop and maintain process workflows, work instructions, SFC, and SAP processes. Manage ECO changes and implement process improvements. Conduct training and provide guidance to production teams. Support NPI activities and mass production runs. Participating in Kaizen and ISO activities.
NPI Engineer


Lead and drive all NPI activities. Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and HQ on product introduction. Create and modify BOM structures, manage SFC/SAP, and support assembly process setup. Contribute to rack packaging design and lead Kaizen initiatives. Support production on mass runs and participate in ISO audits (internal and external).
Requirements:


Degree in Engineering or related Minimum 3 years of working experience Ability to converse in Mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders SAP and Linux knowledge

Working hours: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm Location: Tampines Entitled to AWS and Performance Bonus
