-The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with an Italian 3PL company and we are seeking to hire a Sales and Customer Service Executive to join their business permanently! As part of the sales team, this role will be a hunter role where the successful incumbent will focus on acquiring new accounts in luxury industry. Occasionally traveling is required, 2-3 times a year to South East and North Asia countries.

• Full-time, permanent opportunity
• Work location: East region, near to Ubi MRT
• Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm
• Salary: up to $4,500 / month + VB + commissions

The Job:

• Develop and manage new and existing customer accounts and relationships.
• Conduct sales calls, customer visits, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Gather market insights and customer trends to identify opportunities.
• Address daily customer inquiries, process orders, and update internal systems.
• Promote company services and participate in sales activities to drive business growth.
• Communicate company updates, products, and policies to customers.
• Perform data analysis, KPI tracking, and support operational coordination.
• Collaborate with operations for timely service delivery.
• Travel as needed for business trips and events.
• Handle shipment coordination and other ad-hoc duties as required.

The Talent:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics.
• Meticulous, self-driven, a team player who takes the initiative and can work independently.
• Customer-focused with exceptional service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
