Provide IT support (Hardware/Software) within the company respective departments
Handles all IT Procurements and liaison with vendors and respective departments
Liaise and work with vendors and other IT personnel for technical projects and problem resolution
Install, configure, test and troubleshoot networks, servers and other infrastructure
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Keep track & maintain of IT equipment in server rooms
Maintain IT inventory of Hardware/software/licenses
Act as the Assistant Data Protection Officer and ensure that IT systems and processes are complaint with Personal Data Protection Act
Review all technical support related processes and documentation solutions for continuous improvement and future references.
Assists with admin work coverage when required
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / IT related discipline with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in supporting networks (e.g. hands-on IT hardware and software maintenance and installations. Network infrastructure knowledge)
At least 1 year of administration support
Good written and spoken English
Ability to work largely on own initiative with excellent time-keeping skills
Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality in relation to all matters relating to the office
Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to work independently
Working location at Ubi, 5 days work.
Required to travel to site to solve IT related issue (Hardware/Software)
