Job Description


Browzwear is the leading 3D fashion design, development, and merchandising solutions provider. Our mission is to revolutionize the apparel industry with our truly disruptive 3D technology, providing the exact tools needed to exploit the extensive opportunities in the market to achieve that goal. We work with some of the industry's biggest and most well-known global companies. We are looking for a full-time, well-rounded Office Admin to join our team to oversee all activities that facilitate the smooth running of our growing office operations. You are required to:

  • Manage office budget, handle general administration of expenses and claims and support basic accounting needs
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for staff and guests
  • Support the management of company and employee insurance policies, and other office documentation
  • Maintain workplace safety and health: act as office fire warden, ensure that all workplace safety and health measures are aligned with government requirements
  • Streamline procurement processes, manage company asset inventory, maintain an internal system to keep track of asset allocation, storage etc.
  • Manage company vendors and liaise with corporate purchasers to ensure basic office supplies: stationery, IT equipment, general supplies etc.
  • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves, if any, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
  • Assist in human resource system maintenance
  • Other office administrative matters when required

Requirements:
  • Minimally ‘A’ levels / Diploma in any course of study
  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Possesses exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to identify and use technical and software tools to streamline work processes
  • Possesses strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritise work
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
