Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handles all IT Procurements and liaison with respective departments
  • File and dock all Audit requirements
  • Provide Administrative Support to the department staff
  • Assist in travel booking and claims
  • Responsible for Office Inventory and administration
  • Make Reservation and coordination of events
  • Provide level 1 support for IT Matters
  • IT Asset and Inventory Management
  • Coordinate annual PC Lifecycle management
  • 5S ambassador to IT Area
  • Ad-hoc project participation and fulfillment
  • Liaison to all IT related matters with external
  • Responsible for Meeting Minutes and follow up actions
  • Any other ad-hoc task assignedJob Requirement:
  • Minimum "O" level
  • At least 1 year of administration support
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Microsoft Office skills in excel and powerpoint
  • Responsible, Meticulous, pervasive and customer centric
  • Able to work under fast pace environment
  • Prefer candidates can start work immediately
  • Candidate with no working experience is welcome to apply, on-job-training is providedOthers Working Location: Jurong Innovation District (Bulim Walk - the nearest MRT: Boon Lay) Working Hour: Mondays to Fridays 8:00am - 5:30pm Uniform & Lunch provided Company Transportation at various pick-up points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
