Assist in travel booking and claims
Responsible for Office Inventory and administration
Make Reservation and coordination of events
Provide level 1 support for IT Matters
IT Asset and Inventory Management
Coordinate annual PC Lifecycle management
5S ambassador to IT Area
Ad-hoc project participation and fulfillment
Liaison to all IT related matters with external
Responsible for Meeting Minutes and follow up actions
Any other ad-hoc task assignedJob Requirement:
Minimum "O" level
At least 1 year of administration support
Good written and spoken English
Microsoft Office skills in excel and powerpoint
Responsible, Meticulous, pervasive and customer centric
Able to work under fast pace environment
Prefer candidates can start work immediately
