Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality technical support and maintenance services to clients onsite.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain various IT systems and equipment.
Provide proactive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Document issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in technology.
Ensure all service requests are completed promptly and to the satisfaction of clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role providing onsite IT support.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) are a plus.
