Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Central technical contact, support IT operations (e.g. Workplace, Server, Backup, LAN) with administrative know-how
• Integrating new hardware and software throughout secure and continuous IT Operations
• Change, incident, request and problem handling according to ITIL standards.
• Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Technical understanding of integrated IT architecture
• Knowledge in Microsoft SCCM, Server, VMware ESX, LAN, WAN, O365, Veeam Backup, Hardware (Client, Server, Switches), Monitoring, ITIL
• Fluent in English (verbally and in writing), German is a plus
• Troubleshooting skills, documentation of local solutions, collaboration within the region and global teams
• Preferably 1-3 year(s) of working experiences in the related field.
• Traveling required within SEA.
