Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and optimize IT and OT infrastructure and services, ensuring seamless operations, scalability, and continuous improvement across production, engineering, and business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

IT & OT Infrastructure Management

Manage and refresh IT and OT infrastructure, including networks, servers, endpoints, data lakes/marts, and critical OT systems. Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and scalability to support all business functions. Implement and optimize Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions and OT platforms for improved automation and efficiency.

IT & OT Service Management & Continuous Improvement

Oversee IT service management (ITSM) and optimize OT services to minimize downtime. Monitor and enhance IT/OT system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uninterrupted operations. Drive automation, AI-driven analytics, and digitalization of IT/OT processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Additional Information:

Working Hours:

0900-1800 Mon-Fri (may require off-hours for network project implementations).

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years in network support.
