Responsible to support activities such as requirements gathering, system monitoring, application, testing, troubleshooting, change management and implementation of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Responsibilities:- Deliver corporate IT MES System changes and enhancements
- Oversee support routine running of MES
- Manage IT ticket resolution, investigation related to MES
- Qualification of new/upgrade equipment
- Familiar and support MES recipe authoring and system architecture
- MES system software & hardware maintenance
- Support the deployment of IT projects and systems for MES (Manufacturing Execution System), PLC / SCADA upgrades, functionality implementations and etc.
- Work in accordance with the Computer System Validation / GxP compliance regulations. Ensuring that project rollouts are executed in a quality manner, in compliance with appropriate regulations
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT, Engineering or Industrial Instrumentation and Process controls.
- Min. 3-5 years' experiences in MES such as POMS, Emerson Syncade, Siemens, SAP or Honeywell preferably in biotech facility
- Good knowledge of validation lifecycle, compliance requirements (GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11 and regulatory requirements), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Demonstrated proficiency of written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must be proactive, team player, strong analytical and organizational skills
