It Procurement Executive (contract)

Job Description

Responsibilities:



Partner with stakeholders to understand purchase requirements and business objectives. Conduct Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI) activities. Source, negotiate, and compare pricing for IT products, services, and maintenance contracts. Evaluate and select vendors to optimize cost, timely project delivery, and service quality. Prepare procurement documents, perform cost analysis, and negotiate contract terms with suppliers. Manage contract review, negotiation, and coordination with internal Legal and Procurement Teams to ensure timely contract execution. Oversee vendor on boarding, compliance screenings (AML, anti-bribery checks), and document management. Maintain procurement records, ensuring contract documentation is complete and up to date. Handle ad-hoc procurement duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:



Diploma / Degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT Procurement, sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management. Strong business acumen and contract negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to work independently while maintaining a service-oriented and collaborative approach within a team environment. Positive attitude, adherence to organizational policies, and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple procurement
