We are looking for ahighly motivated, results oriented individual who can provide the leadership and direction neededto orchestrate the delivery of high complexity,strategic global programs within the Express GBIT Sales, Marketing and PricingDomain. Initially theGlobal Business ITProgram Director will beresponsible fortheSales Tools Enhancement Program(STEP).STEPis a transformation programaimingtoreplace Express GlobalSalessolutionswiththe Microsoft Dynamicsplatform transformingrelated business processesto help the Express Sales organizationmeetstrategic business goals and objectives. Role Purpose

• Ensure program goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, budget, quality, and resource requirements using excellent communication skills.
• Plan, direct, and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement interrelated projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage; plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the program.
• Determine, monitor, and review all program economics to include program costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, program resources, and program risk.
• Ensure effective project monitoring and control processes such aschange control, risk management and quality processes are employed and maintained.
• Manage and facilitate problem and solution escalation process serving as a liaison withinternal and external stakeholders to ensure effective resolution.
• Create an inclusive environment oriented to trust, accountability, open communication, and creative thinking.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Take full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and successful completion of large scale, complex projects, or programs.
• Orchestrate theprogram delivery ecosystem across a varied environment of technology and partners, connecting cross-functional, global, and virtual project teams to deliver a successful program.
• Provide effective leadership to a cross functional,multi-vendor, remote and geographically diverseteam. Evaluate and review performance of the program team members.
• Manage resources to ensure delivery of effective services/resources in line with current andongoing demand.
• Lead implementation and delivery of portfolio, program, and project office services by adopting and adapting appropriate project management methods and tools including:
• Management of change control process
• Risk and Issue Management
• Maintenance of realistic project plans
• Deliver regular and accurate communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale, and resource budgets, and are formally accepted by appropriate stakeholders.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with senior stakeholders as well as facilitate their engagement.
• Demonstrate a high level of political sensitivity in anticipating customer/stakeholder reactions and partnering acrossstakeholder organizations to effectively mitigate, evaluate and resolve requests or concerns.

Do you have what it takes?

• 15+ years Program Management ideallyina global multi-national organisation working with offshore vendors.
• Proven successful track record delivering complex programs in an international environment to realize digital transformation objectives.
• Proven leadership skills, with intuitive peoplemanagementskills and a strategic mindset.
• Show proven capability to foster and manage successful relationships with senior executive stakeholders managing expectations and achieving successful program outcomes.
• Proven ability to act independently and to take initiative.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills; with proven experience of \xe2\x80\x9cjuggling\xe2\x80\x9d responsibilities effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively both inday-to-day interactions and monthly or quarterly formal presentations.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.Energetic, confident,and mature with interpersonal sensitivity.
• Preferred higher education (Masters or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree) however background experience 15 years+ of Program Management and the ability to drive impact, is key.
• Professional Project/Program Management Accreditation (PMP or PgMP Preferred).
• Agile or Scrum Master Certification beneficial.
