Driving Digital Strategic Roadmap and Cluster-level Initiatives
Support the review and rationalisation needed to establish the organization\'s Technology Strategic Master Planning and Roadmap, in alignment with MOH\'s Digital Health Masterplan and HITMAP 2.0.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate the organization\'s Technology Strategic plan, including identifying strategic priorities and creating a 3 to 5-year implementation workplan.
Define business objectives, outcomes, and corresponding KPIs for each strategic area and maintain oversight of strategic programs and projects to ensure they meet the objectives and desired outcomes.
Assist the Director in formulating a detailed strategy implementation approach, rationalizing business use cases and outcomes, and establishing funding requirements for strategic initiatives.
Maintain oversight of the overall technology portfolios and prepare, review, and report on technology portfolio management to the management team.
Analyze and provide insights on budget sustainability for the organization\'s technology, working closely with the Group CDSO, Group CIO, and Director of GDSO.
Support project analysis, recommend strategies, develop project plans, ensure resource availability and allocation, and drive discussions for project deliverables.
Manage project budgets and perform secretariat roles as necessary.
Requirement:
Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master\'s Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of working experience.
Previous experience in healthcare, finance, operational analytics, and handling large data sets would be advantageous.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships across various healthcare domains.
Comfortable writing management papers for reporting and updates.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively to different target audiences.
Good leadership skills and the ability to drive discussions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different seniority levels.
Able to translate ideas and information into concise and compelling presentation materials.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite tools, particularly Excel programming and data visualization tools like Tableau, would be advantageous.
Experience includes accounting/economics, budgeting at a large scale, IT operation side of finance, finance analysis / budget management/secretariat role is added advantages.
