The Opportunity

- Working hours: Mon - Fri (9:00 AM-6:00 PM)
- Job type: Contract, 12 months extendable
Responsibilities
- Assist in the project management, coordination and support the IT Operation Team in the Terminal System and Passenger Facilitation project works, new deployments and/or enhancement projects in Singapore Changi Airport, ensuring that projects are executed to meet identified business needs and outcome, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality.
- Participate in identifying potential project risks and its implication to the organisation and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks.
- Responsible for the project delivery, coordination, site supervision, including but not limited to permits applications and submissions.
- Track project deliverables and actively engage and motivate various key partners to ensure project are completed within schedules and quality standards, and monitor vendors/contractors project works to ensure that they adhere to given CAG standard operating procedures and renovation guidelines.
- Prepare documentations and reports to the CAG Officer-In-Charge.
- Interface and work with CAG vendors/contractors as well as internal stakeholders.
- Participate in technical discussions and engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review the network infrastructure, design and network performance.
- The contract personnel may be attached to various CAG CIT sections for other on-the-job trainings.
- Manage the change requests management of the system during system warranty and maintenance phase.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience for Diploma holder or 1 year of relevant working experience for degree holder as a IT Project Coordinator in at least 1 full project development life cycles.
- Strong vendor management and interpersonal ability.
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
- An adaptable and enterprising personality, with willingness to pick new knowledge and take calculated risks.
- Be motivated by innovation to achieve tangible business outcomes.
- Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key partners.
