Job Description

:

Project Coordinator with essential experience in software development and project management. The person should demonstrate a basic understanding of software development principles and user centric design based software development in addition to the classic IT project management.

• Responsible to coordinate and provide support in Programs/Projects setup and maintenance throughout its lifecycle in MS Project Server;
• Support projects planning and approval process;
• Process vendors related documentation (TOs / POs);
• Manage resource allocation and resource plans;
• Produce project reports and metrics;
• Support monthly reporting cadence;
• Support Program and Project managers in day-to-day PM operations and logistics;
• Document meeting minutes and meeting outcomes;
• Maintain documentation according to SDLC standards;
• Provide SDLC support;
• Coordinate change control / governance requirements;
• Communication with colleagues in the Asia Pacific region

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in an appropriate field of study, including computer science, finance, operations, engineering, physical science, or related study;
• Formal Project Management certification, waterfall or agile is a plus;
• Experience in using Power BI or Jira a plus;
• Previous experience in Project Management in the software development/implementation industry;
• Strong communication and social/team dynamic skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment;
• Ability to exercise high level of professionalism and confidentiality;
• Excellent team player, fast learner and exercise good initiative;
• Understanding of the Asia Pacific region, financial and reporting skills
