Ubiquity is hiring for IT Project Coordinators!
Duties and Responsibilities

Helps in improving communication in between departments
Designs timeline for project completion
Can create project plan for small projects or pro services that are 8 hours or lower on Asana (Project Management Tool)
Can create flow charts, presentations or any relevant documentation related to the project
Can handle up to 5 small project at a time

Ideal candidates must have:

With atleast 2 years of relevant working experience in a BPO setting
IT Project Management / Coordination
A Bachelor's Degree in any field
With a high level of initiative and task/time management
Has excellent oral and written English communication skills
Able to work methodically, accurately, and neatly plan, prioritize multiple tasks and projects while fulfilling on-going responsibilities
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and related software
