The IT Project Team plays a critical role in bridging business needs with innovative technology solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end project activities -- from gathering requirements and facilitating brainstorming sessions with clients, to running agile sprints and ensuring successful delivery within scope and timelines. Beyond project execution, you will also support testing, documentation, and user training, ensuring smooth adoption of solutions and long-term client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet clients' needs and requirements; Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities; Manages operational aspects and scope of a project; Work with client to gather requirements by conducting user Interviews when needed. Facilitate in creative brain-storming with the client and internal team during the requirements gathering sessions Work with the project manager to run sprint planning, scrums, retrospectives. Effectively applies project methodology and enforces project standards; Review deliverables, preparing testcase, performing internal testing before passing to client for any testing; Ensures that projects are completed successfully and on time; Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Ability to conduct user training after the product development is completed to facilitate with the change management.

Requirements:

Degree/Dip in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related discipline. Preferably 2 years' experience in handling IT software projects Possess good communication & problem solving skills. Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing. Comfortable with deadlines & able to work under pressure Pleasant personality & strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
