Responsibilities:

• Lead the upgrade project for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, evaluate the available CRM software in the market and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and users to translate business requirements to technical specifications and the end-to-end implementation.
• Provide support for existing CRM system to ensure seamless operations and address technical issues.
• Provide user training session for relevant users.
• Update and maintain user manuals to accurately reflect the latest features, enhancements, and best practices of the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Systems or equivalent
• At least 3 years\' experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Knowledgable in Microsoft SQL server, SSIS and SSRS.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and internet browsers.
