The Opportunity

• Location: Pasir Panjang
• 12 months contract

The Job

IT Monitoring Control - Responsible for global monitoring of applications via post incident reporting analysis

• Frequent contact with SLA manager in Paris to clarify the scope for quaterly reporting
• Impact Analysis review and reporting of Incident, problem , change tickets ;
• Organization of quarterly steering committees with country IT lead
• Ensure the Steering committee meeting minutes are agreed with Paris SLA manager and sent to all participants
• Management of ad hoc request by country IT leads

Project Management Office

• Create, produce and improve SGC\'s reporting to other departments
• Follow-up and report the business cases of the different sourcing engagement
• Produce ad-hoc analysis for Global IT Management

Sourcing control

• Work closely with our offshore providers to follow-up our sourcing control plan
• Collect and analyse provider\'s data to assess their compliance to CA-CIB norms and standards
• Control that outsourced structures respect the mandatory processes

The Talent

• Bachelor\'s degree in Management from a top school or university
• Previous relevant experience in PMO and/or vendor management in a banking environment
• Previous exposure to Incidents/Problem/change tickets analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office, Strong Powerpoint, MS Excel (VBA/Automation experience would be a plus)
• Proficiency in Power BI is a plus
• IT world exposure would be a plus
• Knowledge of French is a strong plus
