JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a fixed-term contract role for two years with key responsibilities as follows:

• Foster strong partnership and co-own successful project delivery with internal Business Project Manager/ Stakeholders from Infrastructure and Environmental Engineering business units
• Understand the business, identify opportunities and implement digital technologies
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirements, design, technical implementation, testing, acceptance, training and documentation to implementation
• Create and manage project plans with either waterfall and agile methods depending on project scope and deliverables / requirements
• Manage end-to-end project development and delivery which includes budgeting, planning, risk evaluation, etc
• Prepare and chair project meetings reporting on progress, issues and risks
• Collaborate with and guide vendors in design and implementation, if applicable
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors to provision development and live environments
• Manage and validate all project documentation in auditable quality
• Plan and execute transition to operations management at the end of projects
• Work on multiple projects concurrently with strict timelines
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years in managing technology and digital projects
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in managing complex projects (ERP, digital solution, automation)
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, effective in fostering teamwork and managing high performance project team
• Good experience in managing 3rd parties vendor management
• Strong in managing project risks and change management
• Agile Scrum Master certification is preferable but not mandatory
