Job Description

We are looking for a project manager to lead exciting digital projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to formulate implementation strategies, manage project timelines, assess and mitigate risks, and ensure successful project roll-outs and adoption in a dynamic tech environment.

• Working Location: Central
• Remuneration Package: Up to 9k (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business cases and budgets for digital systems aligned with agency outcomes.
• Create and manage efficient roadmaps for delivering digital initiatives.
• Strategize project management and coordination for various initiatives, highlighting interdependencies.
• Establish standards for progress reporting and process improvements.
• Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains, communicating progress and expectations.
• Understand, mitigate, and manage risks related to project delivery, data security, and cybersecurity.
• Manage program financing and resource allocation for seamless delivery.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement criteria.
• Resolve higher-scope issues and conflicts across interdependent projects.
• Handle IT system procurement processes.
• Ensure projects align with business needs, cost parameters, and quality standards.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile practices, for project success.
• Engage and motivate key partners to deliver digital products and drive positive change.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, with experience in managing at least 2 full project development life cycles, preferably one using Agile methodology.
• Strong leadership skills for vendor and key partner management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, balancing analytical and people aspects.
• Strategic and technical thinking abilities to manage the complexities of technology and people.
• Experience in handling application digital solutions, preferably involving Cloud, Design Thinking, Data Analytics, or Product-Centric Development.
• Possess Project Management-related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI / Agile-related certification such as Certified Scrum Master is an added advantage.
