Job Description

We are looking for IT Project Manager to lead government ICT projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery, meeting business needs and IT governance, collaborating with stakeholders.Working Hours: Mon-FriWorking Location: Central, SingaporeSalary Package: Up to $8800 (basic) + AWSYou will be involved in areas such as Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, Cloud, Internet/Mobile Technologies, CRM, Knowledge Management, and Service Design.ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project goals and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.Engage with key stakeholders, including business users, project team members, and external vendors.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.Address and manage stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts and issues promptly.Ensure cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics.Ensure that user needs and feedback are incorporated into project deliverables.Ensure that all project activities comply with IT governance frameworks and standards.Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of deliverables.Monitor project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits.Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and challenges.Make informed decisions based on data analysis, project requirements, and stakeholder input.Requirements:Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, experience participating in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology with past development experience.Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.Project Management-related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI is an added advantage.Why Join Us:Innovative Environment: Work with leading-edge technologies in a dynamic team setting.Professional Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning and career developmentImpactful Work: Contribute to the digital transformation of public services.Elane Yap Theng Yu- R1989397ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd - 11C5781
