Project Lifecycle Mastery: Proficient in all phases of the software/product development life cycle, demonstrating a deep understanding of both traditional waterfall and agile methodologies. Drive the entire process with a focus on product goals, go-to-market strategy, requirements elicitation, and product launch.
Pipeline Planning and Maintenance: Plan and maintain a dynamic pipeline of initiatives, projects, and enhancements. Regularly review and prioritize these initiatives, considering business value, resource availability, and strategic alignment.

Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related field. A master\'s degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field is a plus.
A minimum of 6-8 years of proven experience in product management, with a background in UI/UX design & product development.
Demonstrable experience in product lifecycle management within an agile framework. Scrum certification is preferable.
Advanced-level proficiency in project management software like MS Project & JIRA is mandatory.
Advanced-level proficiency in UI/UX designing tools is a plus.
Good organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills are a must.
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and engage with stakeholders across functions.
High level of personal integrity, and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and demonstrate a high level of judgement and maturity.
