We are seeking an

IT Project Manager cum Business Systems Analyst- Bilingual)

with strong bilingual communication skills (English & Chinese) to support a global logistics client in Changi. The role requires proven expertise in business systems analysis, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery.


The successful candidate will:


Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Translate complex business needs into clear, structured solutions. Lead cross-functional workshops and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. Track milestones, risks, issues, and provide regular project status reports. Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, governance, and best practices. Support solution validation, testing, and release management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

Elicit, analyze, and communicate business requirements across multiple domains. Break down complex concepts and ensure clarity for stakeholders. Support solution validation, peer reviews, and quality assurance processes. Identify and document defects in BSA work products and collaborate on resolutions.

Project Management

Lead project teams to achieve business outcomes. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and risk assessments. Facilitate project meetings to track deliverables, issues, and changes. Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor interactions. Oversee release planning, implementation, and post-release reviews.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

7+ years' experience

in Business Systems Analysis and Project Management. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and project governance frameworks. Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and vendors. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Language Proficiency

English (Fluent - Speak, Read, Write)


Chinese (Fluent - Speak & Read)



Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation domain preferred.
