Lead end-to-end technical delivery and change management, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery that meets business and compliance needs. Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes including SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing. Provide leadership and stakeholder management, working closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, and Change Leads to drive alignment and transparency. Monitor delivery progress, track KPIs and risks, and provide timely reporting with mitigation strategies.
Requirements
At least a diploma in Computer Science or related certifications. At least 5 years' experience in IT delivery or project management. Strong knowledge of application architectures, cloud platforms, system security, and compliance in regulated industries. Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, ITIL frameworks and tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
