About the Job
You will lead key projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive business analysis efforts to ensure project success and alignment with strategic goals.
- Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct business analyses, gather requirements, and translate them into solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders, provide updates, and build strong relationships.
- Facilitate change management and monitor post-implementation performance.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience delivering financial services projects, preferably in front office trading, brokerage services, or a related field
- Having experience in project management and business analysis is an added advantage.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
