Job responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute project strategy: Based on the company\'s overall strategy, develop and execute project plans to ensure timely completion and meet quality standards.
2. Project Management: Establish a management system and process for the company\'s information technology projects, be responsible for the demonstration and selection of key information systems, oversee the reasonable progress of projects throughout their entire lifecycle, monitor risks, reduce costs, and optimize project delivery systems;
3. Resource management: Reasonably allocate and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the effective utilization of resources required for the project.
4. Risk management: Identify and analyze project risks, develop corresponding response measures, and reduce project risks.
5. Communication and Coordination: Maintain effective communication with project team members, relevant departments, and clients, coordinate internal and external resources, solve problems in the project, promote project implementation, launch, daily application, and optimization to meet the needs of business departments and empower business development;
6. Quality management: Ensure project quality meets expectations, establish quality standards and acceptance processes, and provide quality training to the project team.
7. Continuous improvement: Summarize and reflect on the project management process, propose improvement suggestions, and optimize the project management process.
The Successful Applicant
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor\'s degree or above in management, computer science, information management, or related fields;
2. Having experience in managing and implementing information integration projects in retail, dining, tea, or large enterprises, with over 8 years of industry implementation experience as a consultant and project manager for Party A and Party B is preferred;
3. Familiar with Oracle or mainstream ERP systems, OA/BPM, SRM, supply chain, business middleware and other software systems, responsible for overall implementation and deployment, and serving as a project manager or core implementation consultant;
4. Strong communication skills and cross departmental organizational and collaborative abilities;
5. Priority will be given to those with PMP or other project management certifications.
