One Luna Global Connections, Inc. is looking for a talented & tech-savvy IT Recruiter to join our team in providing a high level of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency to both clients and candidates. The successful candidate must have the ability to develop strong communication channels with the candidates and clients.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of applications.

• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.

• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.

• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes

• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.

• Performing background and reference checks.

• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

• Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.

• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

• Forecasting recruitment budgets.

• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Qualifications:

• Must have 3+ years of recruiting experience and overall, 5-8 years' experience, staffing agency experience highly preferred

• Minimum 2 years of US recruiting experience

• Strong technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

• Experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets

• Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates

• Must have prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Vendor Management System (VMS)

• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)

• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, video Zoom/MS Teams/Skype/Facetime)

• Must be proficient in Windows/Office 365 environment

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision

• Must be a team player with ability to drive individual success to meet placement goals

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Marketing, or related field

Job Type:

• The role is preferably on site but we are ok with remote (hybrid)

• Reporting Days - Monday to Friday 8-5pm PST (11pm to 8am MNL)

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift
