Qualifications
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree
- With at least 2 years relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment and account management
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Good oral and written communication Skills
- With experience in hiring for IT roles like developers/programmers/Business analyst/Testers
- Recruitment
- Fill in vacancies within the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT)
- End to end recruitment - Posting, Sourcing, Interviewing, Job Offer
- Positive candidate journey experience
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and strengthen relationship with stakeholders through open and constant communication and engagement
- Monitoring of reports
