URGENT
Working hours : Mon – Fri : 8.30am – 5.30pm
Contract period : 12 months – estimate start date 1 Sep 22
Min Qualification : Diploma – offered salary ranges from $3,000 - $3,500 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
You are part of a team that undertakes the design, development, delivery, review and communication of systems. You will support digital transformation efforts of the branch and work with users and system administrators to research on new capabilities and designs to enhance service delivery.
You are tasked to:
- Lead clerical staff to ensure smooth provision of core services.
- Analyse data from business process and provide adequate feedback to alleviate pain points.
- Assist the branch in project development.
- Study into the effects of new business process that affects the technology support required.
- Communicate, respond and handle clients’ queries promptly and accurately.
- Provide specialist inputs to improve the efficiency of systems.
- Offer fresh perspectives/solutions so as to improve current IT systems.
- Minimally diploma (or equivalent) qualifications.
- Basic Computing knowledge.
- Basic Project Management skills.
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office software/applications.
- Ability to handle data and review business processes to provide feedback to improve systems.
