While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant work experience in manpower resource planning, manpower outsourcing resource management or in an HR generalist function. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience in resource management, resource planning, budgeting, and reporting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Operational knowledge of recruitment, human resource management and/or ICT domain will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Project & Portfolio Management and/or data analytic platforms will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills to engage with multiple and diverse stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates confidence when presenting and articulating concepts for rationalisation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to utilise Microsoft Office suite for effective reporting. The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager, with seniority based on individual work experiences. Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
