About the RoleAs an IT Retail System Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail technology systems. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Point of Sale (POS), e-commerce, and mobile application systems, working closely with regional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth.Key Responsibilities

• System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail technology systems, including POS, e-commerce, and mobile applications.
• System Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate system implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• System Integration: Manage the integration of retail systems with other enterprise applications, such as ERP and CRM.
• Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics to identify trends, optimize operations, and inform decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide effective technology solutions.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT retail systems management.
• Proven experience with POS, e-commerce, and mobile application systems.
• Strong understanding of system integration methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with retail industry-specific technologies and standards.
• Familiarity with cloud-based retail solutions.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., ITIL, PMP).
