Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers.
Negotiating contracts, the terms of an agreement and close sales.
Establish sales objectives through effective forecasting.
Providing support, information, and guidance to customers.
Set sales forecast, reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships.
Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager, including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling.
Collaborate with internal, including technical support and product development to ensure customer needs are met.
Up-keep of customers and partners/supplier\'s database - updating where necessary.
Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report as directed by the respective sales manager.
Ensure all customers are handled in customer-oriented manner.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years relevant sales experience
Must possess at least GCE "O" / "A" / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
Candidates without sales experience but with 2-3 years Project coordination experience will also be considered
Strong technical knowledge of IT industry and its products and services
