Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service
Manage the sales processes for the customer accounts including sales forecasting, customer service, tracking of overdue invoices, loan planning and monthly reporting.
Sales strategy, business plan and budgeting of target customer groups
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate customer accounts.
Communicates with management on new business development ideas.
Negotiation of Contract and Agreements.
Provide the sales input to the product management and competitor & market analysis
Effective interworking with external partners: supplier, contractors etc.
Effective interworking with internal organizations: pre-sales, post-sales service, business operation etc.
Attend marketing events (e.g. conferences or trade shows)
Requirement:
5years experience in Telecom or Data Network Industry.
Experience in technical solutions
Knowledge of Telecommunication or Data Networking
