About Company:
Our client is a Japanese IT company providing system operation consulting, information technology (IT) staff, office support/product sales, and security services. The company offers hardware and software services, including computers sales, Web/mail hosting, IT products/OA machines sales and installation, and computers/IT products troubleshooting and repair services; network services, which include LAN/network, DSL line, server equipment, user workstation, printers and scanners, and TV conferencing setting up services, as well as installation and setting up of security, such as firewall; and maintenance services, such as data backup setting and confirmation, windows update.

:
- User ID Control Management (Manage and Administer User ID and privileges access control for registration/ modification/ deletion/ reallocation and check).- Perform as security officer for systems used by the bank.- Maintain the efficiency and integrity of data on systems by conducting monthly System Review and annual User ID Review.- Implement ad-hoc mission assigned by Section Head including support of other entities located in Asia & Oceania area.- Support other departments/sections/division in starting new business/products on ID Management and Control- Daily email requests and matters on User ID- Supporting Internal and External Auditors requirements and requests- Support in UAT for existing and new systems- Any other administrative tasks that may be assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years in the relevant experience - Good to have knowledge of basic PC and administrative skills- Teamwork spirit, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills- Independent and fast learner

Compensation:
- Working hours: Monday to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm / 9am to 6pm- Working location: CBD (nearest MRT - Downtown)- Medical/ Insurance covered- AWS / Variable Bonus- Monthly transport allowance- Other employee rewards
