An exciting IT Security Manager job opportunity has become available at a leading transportation and supply chain company.

About the IT Security Manager Role:
You will report to the Regional Head of IT and responsible for IT Security related projects and operations that span across the Middle East and South Asia (MESA) region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning of region-wide security initiatives and executing them through the IT teams in the BUs
• Closely tracking and reporting the progress of the cybersecurity initiatives and projects with the BUs
• Providing guidance and procedures to the BU IT teams in security matters
• Performing regular security assessment and improvement for the BUs
• Handling security incidents, including detection, response, resolution and forensics with the BUs
• Reviewing system design (including network design and application architecture design) to identify IT security risks and provide mitigation measures for the BUs
• Working with BU IT teams to conduct gap analysis of new IT/OT standards and ensuring BUs are compliant to them
• Digesting cybersecurity advisories from authorities and external vendors and use the insights to proactive defend against cyber threats

To succeed in this IT Security Manager role, you will need to have good experience in IT security policy, governance, audit/compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, or equivalent, with at least five years\' relevant working experience
• Good working knowledge of security management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a multitask environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills and capable of engaging senior stakeholders
• Professional certification such as CISSP/CISA/CISM would be an advantage
