We are searching for a talented IT security specialist to safeguard data of our company and our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing IT specifications and overall security risk, implementing appropriate security measures, and responding to security breaches.To ensure success, you should have extensive knowledge of cybersecurity, networking systems, and response management. You should also be able to identify gaps in the security network, implement appropriate security measures, and quickly respond to threats before they affect business activities.IT Security Specialist Responsibilities: Assessing the status of company IT, network, and security systems. Designing and implementing security networks and protocols. Inspecting and upgrading hardware to avoid vulnerability points. Upgrading security software on company systems. Inspecting and testing the security of the network. Running penetration tests on upgraded systems. Responding to security threats. Drafting security policies and guidelines. On a regular basis, conducting audit of IT systems and policy implementation to ensure compliance. Training staff on security protocols.IT Security Specialist Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. At least 3 years' experience in cybersecurity. Extensive knowledge of Linux/Unix, hardware and networking systems. Familiarity with some common programming languages such as Java, C++ or PHP, and scripting languages such as Javascript. Advanced knowledge of security frameworks and risk management. Experience with implementing and maintaining detection systems, firewalls, and prevention systems. Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills. Knowledge of cryptographic and key infrastructure protocols. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and (preferably) Mandarin.
