IT Senior Executive (Project management and delivery)

We are seeking a IT Senior Executive with project management experience to join us in delivering business applications to support. This role must have the ability to identify, understand and document business requirements into functional/technical specifications.

This role will be working in a highly dynamic environment that utilizes strong functional understanding of various systems across our organisation to problem solve or identify areas for improvement for the business.

The functional requirements we are looking for are as follows:

• Partner the IT and Business Teams in the provision of Line of Business (LOB) IT solutions for the Business Unit with right value proposition
• Under general supervision, understand business problems, develop and deliver Business solution IT solutions as well as maintaining these solutions
• Strong documentation skills to gather and translate business requirement, analyze and propose a digital solution/ plan
• Create and manage project plans with Agile methods, depending on project scope and deliverables requirements
• Lead the entire life cycle of system implementation projects and managing the transition to BAU operation
• Foster strong partnership and co-own successfully project delivery with internal Business Project Managers / Stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with 2-3 years with related field
• Good track record in developing, managing and delivering technology transformation objectives and plans
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in CI/CD environment
• Experienced in Agile, implementing digital technologies which deliver value to the organization
• Good analytical skills, with ability to absorb information, conceptualize and implement
• Demonstrate good communication skills to manage different internal stakeholders
• Familiar with creative thinking and innovation methodologies shall be advantageous
