DESIGNATION : Executive / Senior Executive (Products & Inventory Support)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the fresh inventory team to perform day-to-day operational tasks
- Responsible for providing support for festive campaigns, collaborating with warehouses and devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures to improve on the existing systems and processes
- Prepare monthly journal and reports, co-ordinate monthly/ yearly stock take and advance ordering schedules for public holidays
- Perform stock take reconciliation and ensure that discrepancy is closed and addressed
- Other projects, assignments and ad-hoc tasks may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree (or diploma with at least 5 years of relevant working experience) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Relevant working experience in inventory management
- Goods knowledge in SAP (MM)
- Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel proficiently
- Ability to run reports, effectively present information and respond to questions
- Strong leadership skill
- Reliable, trustworthy and with good working attitude
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Team player and ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
