About the Company
Our Client is a global leader in supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead the company’s incident management and service team, overseeing supply chain and freight management systems.

• 
  Own the incident, change and service management processes, ensuring SLAs are met;
  
• Lead reporting of project statuses and updates to senior management;
  
• Oversee project schedules, scope of work and documentation;
  
• Manage supply chain and freight management system and peripherals;
  
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on system improvement;
  
• Work closely with internal technical team and vendors to ensure that supply chain and freight management systems meet or exceed expectations;
  
• Support service development as well as service improvement efforts;
  
• Support internal quality and related processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, or any related discipline;
  
• Experience working in the supply chain industry, supporting IT systems;
  
• Customer-centric and service excellence approach;
  
• Project Management skills;
  
• Results-driven, with a proven track record in service delivery and performance;
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  
• Excellent negotiation skills;
  
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
