Job Description

My client, a rapidly growing pharma company , is looking out for a IT Service desk officer (TEMP).

Here are the requirements.

Key accountabilities

\xc2\xb7 Assists staff with the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.

\xc2\xb7 Log and resolve all service desk calls along with keeping end users updated and informed.

\xc2\xb7 Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software when required.

\xc2\xb7 Acting as the helpdesk support for the users, solve the first level user problem, perform basic troubleshooting for users.

\xc2\xb7 Interact with computer platforms in a multi-layered client-server environment. Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including file, email, application servers, and other related systems.

\xc2\xb7 Manage ongoing PC re-image program - currently using SCCM and Intune co-management

\xc2\xb7 Train and orient staff on use of hardware and software.

\xc2\xb7 Recommends and/ or performs upgrades on systems if necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Reported customer/user satisfaction is paramount.

\xc2\xb7 Log 100% of all service requests received from end-users.

\xc2\xb7 Timely triage, resolution, or assignment of logged tickets

Qualifications and Experience

\xc2\xb7 Experience working in a full Office365 environment (Essential)

\xc2\xb7 Degree or TAFE Diploma in IT (Essential)

\xc2\xb7 Microsoft Certified Professional (Strongly Preferred)

\xc2\xb7 Experience with SCCM/Intune (Preferred)

\xc2\xb7 Good technical knowledge and skills in Desktop support (Essential)
