Job Description

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Perform technical maintenance and troubleshooting activities associated with Video management system.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain critical systems to ensure service uptime and meet operational performance expectations.

\xc2\xb7 Execute action response for all onsite operational incidents and ensure all incidents are resolved within SLA.

\xc2\xb7 Performs all duties in a safe and orderly manner, without interruptions to production, and in accordance with approved procedures, Company policies and comply with all environmental, health and safety rules.

\xc2\xb7 Report work discrepancies, defects and inconsistency.

\xc2\xb7 Generate daily maintenance reports.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Diploma/Nitec graduates in Information Technology (IT) or related qualifications.

\xc2\xb7 Basic Knowledge on Windows Server and workstations.

\xc2\xb7 Basic Knowledge on Local Area Networking, switch configuration and VLANs.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in Microsoft Office productivity software.

\xc2\xb7 Physically fit and of good health.

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to work in a 12-hour (7-7) rotating shift work schedule.
