IT Network Engineer - Regional The Regional IT Network Engineer will be team member of our Global IT Infrastructure Team to administer firewall & network security, email delivery and VPN access. This role is highly technical and hands-on based in Singapore office.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Network Operations, Design, and optimization

• Enterprise firewalls and security standards

• Excellent understanding of VPN (site-to-site, remote access, tunnels, cloud connect)

• Network services such as DNS, DHCP, 802.1X

• Knowledge of common network protocols and technologies including 802.1, VLANs, Spanning Tree, BGP, OSPF etc.

• Handling network related incidents (analyse, resolve, report)

• Network maintenance (back-ups, spares management, documentation, IP address management)

• Work with global infrastructure office and the APAC region to support network services.

• Work closely with IT project team to support new projects including office setup.
  

• Diploma or degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields

• At least 8 years of experience in a network infrastructure support function, preferably in a global environment.

• Technical knowledge and experience in Network operations, design and deployment of multi-site critical network environments that consist of multi-vendor Routers, Switches, Wireless LAN, VoIP, Firewall & Network Security

• Network optimization for improved network quality for Internal customers.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco routers/switches, Palo Alto firewalls.

• Certifications in Cisco and network security will be highly regarded.

• Proven track record of rolling-out networking projects successfully.
