IT Service Manager/Engineer R&R;

Minimum Poly Diploma in Information Technology or related.
Work in Digital Signage/Directory kiosk/AV environment before will be a plus.
Proficient knowledge in computer hardware & software system.
Experience in managing computer network configuration, installation and server.
Experience in managing IT engineers for work delegation & service reports.
Possess effective communication skills and a good team player.
Dynamic, flexible and self-motivated individual. Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients).

Job Responsibilities

On-site customer meeting, and do follow-up with engineers or suppliers.
Setup interactive kiosk, Digital signage and/or LED wall solutions.
Perform kiosk, Digital Signage maintenance/repairs remotely or on-site.
Conduct regular maintenance & checks.
Attend meeting with customer and follow-up internally with respective teams or supplier.
