Job Description

The Information Technology Services (ITS) team provides essential technology-based services to internal clients. The ITS team work together to address both individual and firm-wide IT needs.KPMG in Singapore is part of a global network of independent professional services firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services. KPMG International Limited and its related entities do not provide services to clients.As an intern, your duties will include but not limited to:

• Preparation of documentations including business requirements documentation (BRD), UAT signoffs, Implementation sign-offs and user story templates.
• Produce test plan, test scenario, perform UAT and post-production regression tests.
• Incidents and Change Request tracking
• Performing routine health checks on systems / scheduled jobs
• Assisting in SharePoint development and maintenance

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

• Proficiency in PowerBI and Power Query required.
• Proficiency in SQL, SharePoint, Visio or Power Automate is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with process workflows
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
