Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Team Head of Regional Communication & Collaboration, the IT SharePoint Specialist is responsible for analysis, design and develop the application system based on user requirements.

IT SharePoint Specialist will ensure the applications are running optimally and maintain them. He/she also ensures the documentation in various levels/stages are maintained in a timely fashion and will perform related development works as required.

Education

Computer Science/Studies/IT related studies or comparable practical experiences respectively.

Experience

At least 7 years of SharePoint Development experience.

Possess solid technical abilities, project management abilities, and an excitement and energy for product development.

Technical Exposure

SharePoint Online (Office 365) and SharePoint 2013 experience.

Good Experience in Power platform and Nintex workflows.

Experience in building Mobile App for SharePoint.

Power Automate, Power Apps, Java Script (web scripting)

Proven knowledge of Angular JS and Bootstrap Technologies and ASP.Net MVC, JQuery, SQL Server.

Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology.

Other skills

Wide ranging IT experience (planning, development, testing, transition to production) in the further development of complex IT systems.

Pronounced application and system overarching business process thinking.

Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills combined with an independent way of working.

Good business process knowledge.

Good knowledge of current IT trends and market development especially regarding development tools.

Experience in estimation and evaluation of implementation efforts.

Good team player.

Excellent communication skills; active listening and structure writing.

Strong troubleshooting and error demonstration skills.

Ability to communicate in layman's terms to end users.

Ability to work and deliver within tight deadlines.

English (business fluent in negotiations) and local language desired.
