Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time IT Support Specialist to support a Home and Commercial Restoration Services company based in Puerto Rico. We need someone who can do monthly virtual service maintenance on all computers/laptops.Requirements:
- At least 2-3 Years of Experience working as an IT specializing in Virtual IT Assistance
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Good organization, time management and prioritization
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills
- Virus and malware removal as well as security updates
- Tune-ups and optimization for maximum performance
- New PC/Laptop/iPad set up as well as adding and deleting user accounts
- Manage and maintain SSO Single Sign-On cloud program JumpCloud for all staff along with security protocols within such applications
- Paid training
