Job Description
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer science or IT related field
- 4+ years hands-on IT Support experience
- 2+ years experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 Experience supporting Macintosh OS 10.10 or later

You will provide quality technical support to internal customers through all available channels, meeting or exceeding their expectations at every opportunity. The successful Technical Support Technician will be customer focused and motivated by team success. You will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of requests. You will also be committed, flexible, and have demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
- Experience with network troubleshooting and support
- Experience with Bomgar or other remote support tools
- Experience in IT Ticketing Systems such as Service Now, Remedy and other IT ticketing tools
- Understanding and working experience of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
- Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
- Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision
- End User/Customer Service Skills
- Experience with Data Cabling
