Key Responsibilities:

• Managed the IT Infrastructure & Operation of a private business club under the client's Group.
• Upkeep the availability of IT services (on-premises and on-cloud), including Finance and Membership Club System, POS System, O365 e-mail, file and backup servers, and their associated operating systems and software.
• Provide networking & PABX support
• Provide end user computing & desktop support services
• Managing security solutions, including active monitoring and administration of next generation firewalls, email security solution, endpoint detection & response system.
• Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Provide IT operational support services such as POS menu update & web content management services.
• Support the establishment of an appropriate business resilience capability including development and oversight of the periodic testing of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Ensure system meeting of Groups IT standards, relating to all aspects of IT Infrastructure, Security and System Applications.
• Identify areas of business improvement, drive, and facilitate changes
• Manage and liaise with external vendors for IT related matters

Requirements:

• Minimum - Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• 2 years 5 years working experience in a similar capacity
• Technical knowledge in network and infrastructure.
• Technical knowledge in Windows server administration and end-user computing software including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office software
• Administration and support skillset on Office 365 & Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge on POS systems will be a plus but not mandatory.
• Good planning and organization skills
• Interested in Information Technology support & possess strong learning attitude and good team player.
