• Position Title: IT Support Engineer/ IT Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided from Boon Lay MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon to Fri, 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5 pm; Alternate Sat 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 1 pm)
• Salary: Up to $4,200 + AWS + Mobile Allowance + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for user\'s desktops, laptops, System/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup facility and other related IT equipment
• Perform troubleshooting of computer network issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
• Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile Activesync)
• Hardware/Software inventory documentation
• Perform project management tasks
• Study, recommend and introduce IT initiatives to improve IT operations

• At least a Diploma in IT, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in end-user support (hardware & software) environment.
• If applicant possesses programming knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to develop in-house software system.
• If applicant possesses system design and analysis knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to assist in the analysis/design of in-house depot automation system.
