Job Description
Our client is a Global MNC in the IT industry, providing IT Network Security solutions. They are looking for a Support Engineer assist their team for the next phrase of their business.
This Support Engineer would be responsible for:
- Responsible to support clients/colleagues on maintanence and technical product issues
- Responsible to meet client and customer expectation
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Willing to be on 24x7 standby calls on a rotating basis
- Willing to travel across Singapore
- Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position
